The online registration process is for new students coming from outside the Castaic Union School District. If you are coming from 6th grade at Live Oak Elementary, Castaic Elementary, or Northlake Hills Elementary you do not need to enroll your student. 

**You must notify your current school that you are withdrawing before you can register.

Please follow the procedure below to enroll a new student:

Step Two: Please bring the following documents to the school office or you may email them to Jodi Buntich at [email protected]
(registration is incomplete without these completed documents)

• Proof of date of birth: a birth or baptismal certificate, hospital certificate with attending physician's signature,  passport, or an affidavit of the parent, guardian, or custodian of the minor. 
• Immunization records: required before the first day of school. TDAP, a 2nd MMR, and 2nd Varicella immunization are required before entering 7th grade. An HPV vaccination is highly recommended but not required.
• Proof of residency: One of the following will be required (P.O. boxes or places of business will not be accepted): 
  • A utility bill (water, gas, electric, trash),
  • mortgage statement
  • lease agreement
  • property tax payment receipt
  • If living with another family: Fill out the "Affidavit of Residency" found toward the bottom of this page. Both the leaseholder and the lessee must fill out their portion and submit with copies of their driver's license and a proof of residency document in the leaseholder's name
• A printout of the completed Online Registration
• A copy of your child's last report card or transcripts
• Most recent copy of your child's IEP or 504 if applicable
• Copy of court orders if applicable
